Oladoc.com stands as Pakistan's premier digital healthcare platform, connecting patients with doctors seamlessly through online booking, video consultations, and facilitating lab test and medicine bookings. I started working at oladoc in January 2020 as a Full Stack Developer, and now I'm a Senior Software Engineer. It's been more than four years, and during this time, I've been involved in developing, managing, and improving our product. Every day brings new challenges, and I've been learning a lot along the way. This journey has been both professionally fulfilling and a great opportunity for personal growth.
- Leadership in Performance Optimization:
- Recognizing the significance of optimizing website performance, I assumed a leadership role in addressing and rectifying issues identified in the platform.
- Leading and driving all related activities, I have successfully achieved objectives related to website speed and responsiveness.

Introducing Virtual Healthcare Interaction:
- Introduced the video consultation feature on oladoc, a critical enhancement enabling virtual healthcare interactions.
- This feature has empowered patients to consult with doctors conveniently and safely from home, proving particularly beneficial during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.
- The service played a pivotal role in supporting the community during lockdowns, ensuring uninterrupted healthcare access and contributing to the ongoing success of the company's operations. -
Key Contributions to Product Development:
- Played a crucial role in the development of oladoc's two key products, oladoc Labs and oladoc Pharmacy, providing users with a comprehensive end-to-end digital health experience.

- Developed an online test booking system, allowing end users to seamlessly book lab tests through an intuitive add-to-cart flow.
